• Min 1 - 5 years in Manufacturing (Manager position would be consider for candidate with more exp)
• Exp in pharmaceutical (GMP)
• Positive attitude and willing to learn

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Plan and carry out production activities, including manpower allocation.
• Communicate with warehouse and quality control teams regarding material availability, release of herbal plants, packaging materials, intermediate, and finished products per SOPs.
• Provide clear production instructions and ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure staff are appropriately qualified and trained to perform their job responsibilities while maintaining the document management system.
• Monitor production outputs and validate process performance.
