Description

Main Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure implementation of Corporate and SD&HSE policies / procedures and local operative regulations. Participation in technical and safety audits of all the process equipment, specifications and related documents. Provide assistance to Execution Team Lead in managing Static equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and health management through Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance at Plant and off-site compression and produced water injection facility. Execute activities through Maximo including generation of work orders, resource allocation, supervision at site and finalization of reports and final closure in the system. Execute, Monitor and close out of Mechanical activities with Signed MOCs, finalized technical design, detailed coordination with contractors and relevant stakeholders for in-house modifications, capacity enhancement projects and process safety management. Coordinate with Reliability team and Execution Team Lead on recurring failures related to Mechanical equipment and ensure the implementation of recommendations based on RCFA to increase the reliability and operational availability of equipment for minimizing equipment downtime and potential production loss. Provide assistance to Execution Lead in planning and successful execution of Annual Turnarounds (ATAs) of MCPF and MGPF safely, timely and within the budget. All activities lesson learnt are logged and shared in reports to avoid repetition in future. Supervise and Coordinate the work of Assistant production engineers, Maintenance Foreman and technicians to ensure their continuous technical grooming through on-job training module. Furthermore, update oneself on the latest technological developments in the pertinent field and put it to use for betterment and optimization of the system. Qualification: BSc. Mechanical Engineering Professional competencies: Good managerial, technical and decision making skills. Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be a team player with leadership qualities Experience: Relevant experience of 05 ~ 07 years

Responsibilities

Monitor and implement corporate safety policies while managing the maintenance and troubleshooting of static equipment at plant facilities. Coordinate mechanical activities, manage contractors, and lead technical grooming for assistant engineers and technicians.
