POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing production activities to ensure efficient operations, quality compliance, and timely delivery of projects. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge in steel framing and bracket fabrication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Engineering. (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience in steel fabrication, specifically in steel framing and brackets.
• Arabic speaking preferred (English proficiency required).
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, welding processes, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication details.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Plan and manage daily production schedules in coordination with the production manager.
• Supervise and monitor fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Work closely with the engineering department to review technical drawings and ensure feasibility in production.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
• Implement and maintain production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
