COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders and documenting processes.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 5+ years in a production engineering role or similar, with experience in managing production flow, quality issues, and cross-functional teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Production Engineering Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth production flow of released products by managing and resolving production issues, interfacing with various departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves tight coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT), Design and Engineering (DnE), Service teams, and suppliers. The Specialist also focuses on ensuring Design for Excellence (DfX) principles, managing continuous improvement processes, and handling escalated quality issues. Considering the rapid expansion and optimization of our production environment, there will be ample opportunity to take ownership and shape this role by your won ideas and initiative.
