Description

The Feed Mill Engineer will be assigned in the following tasks: FME (Feed Mill Engineer) will operate and maintain the different equipment in Feed Milling operation and shall ensure the optimum operation and utilization of all equipment and utilities. Compliance to quality plans, policies and standards throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure continuous operation and optimize efficiency of the plant. Make sure that all daily targets are met in conformance with quality standards. Ensure availability of Quality Feeds at the right time. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure 100% availability of equipment. Analyze data to further improve the overall performance of the Feed Mill plant. Record all data for analysis for further improvement of the plant and for future reference. Qualifications: Candidate must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical Engineer. Must have a basic knowledge in Feed Mill equipment operation and maintenance. Must have demonstrated leadership skill. Must be good both in oral and written communication. Must be computer literate and should have knowledge of basic programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint applications Must be able to act ethically and honestly, with fairness and without considerations for personal gain in all dealings with fellow team members; treats people with respect; keep commitments; inspires the trust of others; upholds organizational values; complies with the company’s Code of Ethics. Must have demonstrated leadership skills Must be good both in oral and written communication.
