Job Summary Under the general guidance and supervision of the Factory Manager, and within the limits of established company policies and procedures, assist the Factory Manager to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. The main job is to ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology. Production Engineer is responsible for both the big picture and the small details related to all aspects of production. Job Responsibilities 1 Principal Accountabilities Leads and supports operations to resolve technical issues to ensures continuity of operations Ensures production processes operate correctly at all times. Generates and updates work instructions Utilizes Quality Tools and other best practice tools and methodologies for day-to-day problem solving and continuous improvement.
