Description

-Review shop drawings and manage production schedules. -Supervise workshop and site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. -Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to streamline workflow. -Oversee craftsmen, machinery maintenance, and supplier performance. -Manage ERP input/output, monitor production costs, and implement cost-saving measures. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Production, Architecture, or Applied Arts Engineering. -7–9 years’ experience in furniture or wood manufacturing. -Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation techniques. -Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems. -Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
