1. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
2. Ensure availability and controlling of materials, components, tools, and manpower
3. Coordinate assembly, wiring, and testing activities.
4. Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks.
5. Review engineering drawings, GA drawings, and wiring schematics before production.
6. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
7. Optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
8. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address non-conformities.
9. Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
10. Provide technical guidance to technicians and assembly teams.
11. Troubleshoot manufacturing and electrical issues.
12. Ensure adherence to HSE policies and plant safety procedures.
13. Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing) is mandatory, with advanced degrees preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential for effective contribution.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a strong advantage, showcasing commitment to process improvement.
• Experience with CAD software and production planning tools, enhancing your technical capabilities.
