OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Production Engineering team. The primary focus of this role will be the design and creation of jigs and fixtures to support efficient and accurate production processes; development, documentation, and maintenance of build procedures; QC investigation and remediation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about manufacturing engineering and eager to grow their skills in a hands-on production environment.

• Design, develop, and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and tooling to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to understand tooling requirements and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Write clear, detailed build procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in assembly and production processes.
• Maintain and update existing build procedures to reflect process improvements or product changes.
• Assist in process validation and documentation to comply with quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to learn and implement best practices in production engineering.
