COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• US Citizenship required
• Holding a Bachelor’s in Science
• A minimum of 5 years in the field, with at least 2 years of management experience
• Adeptness in forming strong, productive teams
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Expert in project management fundamentals
• Comprehensive understanding of electromechanical and sensor-driven technologies
• Proficient with diverse manufacturing technologies
• Knowledgeable in process effectiveness
• Skills in areas such as:
• GD&T, PLC, and Robot Programming
• Measurement Techniques, Six Sigma, Solidworks PDM, Plastics, and SCRUM
