YOUR TOOLS AND SKILLS

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • BS Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum five years of industry experience with at least two in leadership
  • Proven track record in fostering a productive and harmonious team environment
  • Strong articulate communication
  • Robust project management capabilities
  • Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems and sensor technology
  • Design expertise in diverse manufacturing methods
  • Insight into process capabilities
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
  • GD&T
  • PLC programming
  • Robot Programming
  • Testing and Measurement methods
  • Six Sigma
  • Solidworks PDM
  • Plastics Manufacturing
  • SCRUM methodology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
