Strong foundation in Production Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with practical experience applying engineering principles to production environments.
Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and proposing evidence-based solutions.
Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with remote teams, documenting technical information, and presenting findings clearly.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with production metrics, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma), and basic quality assurance concepts.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines reliably.
Comfort with using digital collaboration tools, production or ERP software, and standard office applications.
