QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

ROLE SUMMARY:
Production Engineering Supervisor analyzes the performance of the production engineering team and ensures we deliver top quality drawings, routers and bills of material to the shop floor in the most effective way possible.
Additionally, assist with reviewing the assemblies, verify electrical components and uses 2D CAD systems to manage the design and documentation for the production department. Additionally, oversee the workflows for the team, assigns duties tracks progress and makes corrections as needed to achieve results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assigning workload and monitoring the team activities
· Creating process flows for simple, complex and most difficult tasks.
· Overseeing the drafting, design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components and systems.
· Overseeing the preparation of drawings per manufacturing specifications complete with Bill of Material.
· Developing standard operating procedures for major components and processes.
· Ensuring that the CAD models with the Production Engineering team are clear and concise for the production team.
· Conducting and completing adjustments to associated reports.
