QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must possess U.S. Citizenship
• A completed Bachelor of Science degree
• Five years of proven relevance in the field, including two years at management level
• Demonstrated capability in team cohesion and heightened productivity
• Proficient professional communication skills
• Acumen in project management
• Competency in electro-mechanical systems and sensor technology
• Solid understanding of diverse manufacturing technologies
• Process capability expertise
• Proficiency in two or more of the following:
• GD&T- PLC Programming- Robotics Programming- Testing & Measurement- Six Sigma- Solidworks PDM
• Plastic Manufacturing
• SCRUM methodologies

Educational Prerequisites:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Lead Engineers and Technicians with adept technical guidance
• Oversee and assess project deadlines
• Adapt organizational capacity in answer to challenges
• Enhance ongoing efficiency
• Manage and ensure the security of departmental data
• Review and sanction project outlines and funding plans
• Formulate and manage department budgetary requirements
