Description Production Entry Specialists Production Entry specialists manage the flow of information between the production home builder’s operating systems and our internal order entry system to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders for store delivery and invoicing. Key responsibilities: Entering all tickets from production builders into the Bistrak system 30–45 days before scheduled installation. 30 days is the minimum requirement. Managing both EPO (Extra Purchase Orders) or VPO (Vendor Purchase Order) tickets by: -Placing EPO/VPO tickets in "Quotes" -Emailing these requested material Quotes to account reps, superintendents, and purchasing offices associated with the builder -Attaching the EPO/VPO approval number into the customer reference line of the invoice and accecpting the quote into an actual order (Send to production if necessary). -Emailing the GM, Field Reps, and store team members the approved EPO/VPO order to have them execute a timely delivery to the jobsite. Ensure all items requiring manufacturing are submitted to the corresponding production center in a timely manner, with proposed delivery date for each order. Maintaining a monthly usage spreadsheet detailing all materials used by each builder, applying this data to product orders, and submitting restock orders to purchasing as needed. Ordering specified product groups when needed for each store for the production builder forecast. Specified products to be given by upper management. Ensuring all back charges are logged on Production Builders' AR account. Responding to all requests for new items for production builder bidding. Other duties as assigned. Production Entry Specialists are required to learn all production builders operating systems to communicate effectively with the required departments within the production builders organization. Weekly reporting updates to our internal upper management as needed. In addition, any other reporting requirements that may be presented with additional business and/or organizations. The job responsibilities notated above must be followed any deviation from said requirements will result in disciplinary action. Requirements Experience & Skills -Data Entry Experience (preferred) -Previous experience working with Bistrak (preferred) -Organized and detail-oriented Working conditions: -Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
