Description
Responsibilities
  • Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), cable assemblies, and box builds in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions
  • Install and configure electronic components and sub-assemblies as part of final product integration
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in PCBs, cables, and electronic control units using testing equipment (e.g. mustimeters, oscilloscopes)
  • Conduct testing and calibration of assembled products to ensure compliance with operational specifications
  • Interpret circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and assembly documentation during production
  • Perform functional verification and self-inspection of in-progress and completed assemblies
  • Maintain production records, test logs, and calibration reports
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components and raw materials
  • Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and quality management systems
  • Provide training to other employees on the correct use of production machines, equipment and tools.
  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance, calibration and servicing of production equipment, machines, benches and production tools
  • Undertake any additional duties related to electronic assembly, diagnostics, or servicing as directed by the supervisor

    Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
