THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a full-time Production Estimator to join our Adelaide office. In your role, you are responsible for maintaining quality of work, high levels of accuracy and meeting the required turn around times for all work produced.

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

• Providing accurate pricing for building variations including appropriate margin considerations
• Complete set tasks and achieve job targets within designated time frames
• Obtain relevant quotes and pricing (non-standard)
• Offer technical support to team members and sales staff
• Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work
• Proactive support to the construction team.
• Providing accurate take offs from relevant documentation for jobs going to site
• Managing budgets, variations and RFI’s
• Analysing all contract documentation.
