Home : TB&C Group Stellenbeschreibung Facilitate internal communications among departments, aligning teams with leadership goals. Track and follow up on cross-department tasks, ensuring smooth information flow. Coordinate production improvement and continuous improvement projects. Monitor KPIs and support production data analysis. Track project actions and follow up on implementation progress. Organize meetings, prepare reports, and support daily operational activities. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager. Qualifikationen Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Fluent Chinese (Mandarin), German, and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Maintain an optimistic, open, collaborative attitude, fostering a positive culture. Responsibilities
