As a Production Executive at Gymshark, you’ll play a key role in making sure our products get from concept to customer seamlessly and on time. You’ll be the link between suppliers, factories, and our supply chain team — driving critical path management, keeping processes running smoothly, and building strong partnerships along the way. ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Confident working with large volumes of data.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reporting).
• Ambitious and eager to develop a career in production.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Direct experience in production processes.
• Skilled at working across a diverse product range, ideally within manufacturing.
• Inspire Others – support and encourage teammates, fostering an environment where everyone contributes and succeeds.
• Deliver Results – set high standards, focus on outcomes, and deliver with determination.
• Accurate, methodical, and self-motivated.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Degree in Business Data Analytics.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• CIPS qualification (preferred).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production role.
• NetSuite software experience.
• Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

• Create and manage Purchase Order contracts, issuing to vendors within agreed business SLAs.
• Monitor, update, and manage the Critical Path to ensure on-time delivery of production.
• Build strong vendor relationships and lead weekly meetings to track production progress.
• Communicate clear and timely production updates to stakeholders.
• Report on vendor performance to support continuous improvement.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to provide production status updates and support wider business needs.
• Monitor vendor capacity against production orders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain and update internal trackers, driving visibility and consistency across the business.
• Support the Production Manager in building strong relationships within GSHQ and with external partners.
• Liaise with freight forwarding partners to ensure vendors follow processes for on-time handover.
