Job Description Key Responsibilities: Execute daily production plans, ensuring optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials. Monitor process quality and coordinate with QC for inspections. Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and maintain high housekeeping standards in the plant. Supervise and train operators on processes and equipment. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports. Coordinate raw material requirements with the supply chain. Ensure accurate reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP records to maintain compliance. Achieve and sustain a First Time Pass (FTP) ratio above 98%. Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant machinery to minimize downtime in line with target KPIs. Key Requirements: 2–4 years in manufacturing (construction chemicals preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong process knowledge and equipment handling skills. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO, 5S, etc.) Work Days: Monday to Saturday Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
