Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00 (rotating shifts)

What you’ll be doing

  • Supervising daily operations to deliver on-time, accurate, and high-quality service.
  • Leading and developing your team to foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a safe workplace by enforcing Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
  • Reporting and investigating incidents, escalating issues when needed.
  • Planning resources, allocating workloads, and monitoring productivity.
  • Supporting business improvement projects and standardising processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Conducting team performance meetings and driving agreed actions.
  • Communicating company updates and encouraging team engagement.
  • Participating in customer, regulatory, and internal audits.
  • Liaising with suppliers and supporting service improvements.
  • Making sure training is delivered in line with team requirements.
