QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or manufacturing setting
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
• Engineering background or training is considered an asset
• Must be hands-on and willing to take on a wide range of tasks

• Assist with equipment setup, minor machinery adjustments, and material handling
• Interpret and work from blueprints and engineering drawings
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
