JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION FLOOR SUPERVISOR – MODULAR CONSTRUCTION (INTERIOR FIT-OUT AND FINISHING)

Job Summary: We seek a hands-on Production Floor Supervisor with expertise in interior fit-out and finishing to oversee factory production. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards in production and finishing, with occasional site coordination.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years in the interior fit-out industry, with a focus on finishing works.
• Previous experience supervising production teams.

SKILLS:

• Expertise in finishing techniques (painting, joinery, MEP integration).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic site coordination knowledge is a plus.

EDUCATION:

• Diploma or certification in construction, fit-out, or a related field preferred.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in finishing works.
