Production Foreman Posting Location : Location GR-Athens Category Engineering Position Type Full-Time Seniority Level Associate Overview TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Production Foreman – Packaging Operations for our Kamari Cement Plant. The position reports to the Cement Mills and Packaging Supervisor. The primary scope of this role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of cement packaging and palletizing lines, coordinating shift teams and monitoring all packaging-related activities, in full compliance with Health, Safety &Environmental standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise cement packaging and palletizing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and dispatch requirements are met Monitor the performance of packing machines, palletizers, conveyors, stretch wrappers, and related equipment, ensuring stable, efficient, and safe operation Communicate daily with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Technical teams to identify malfunctions, bottlenecks, quality deviations, and operational risks Inspect packaging equipment and areas during shifts; identify issues and coordinate corrective actions with Maintenance and Technical departments Ensure that contractor facilities (work areas, containers, temporary installations) are safe and compliant with site requirements Monitor PPE use, safety essential rules and general housekeeping in all working areas Supervise safe work practices for all contractor activities. Report and address any unsafe conditions or deviations to promote a safe environment Allocate tasks, set priorities, and guide packaging shift personnel according to operational needs and company procedures Supervise internal teams and external contractors involved in packaging, palletizing, cleaning, or equipment interventions Ensure smooth handover between shifts and adequate availability of packaging materials (bags, pallets, stretch film, labels) to support uninterrupted operations Prepare and submit shift reports on packaging output, downtime, incidents, deviations, and corrective actions Ensure compliance with operational instructions so packaging output meets product specifications, labeling requirements, and dispatch standards Maintain high standards of housekeeping, order, and workplace organization in all packaging and palletizing areas Develop, train, and motivate packaging shift personnel, fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Actively promote and enforce a strong safety culture, with strict adherence to Health, Safety &Environmental rules and company standards Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or relevant technical field Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments, ideally involving packaging or automated production lines Experience in supervising or coordinating production teams Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently without direct supervision Strong communication skills with a hands-on, operational leadership style Safety-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving ability Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of MS Office Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable) What We Offer Private health insurance Pension plan Annual medical check-up Performance bonus scheme Prepaid supermarket cards Continuous Learning &Development opportunities Internships and summer school programs for employees’ children Wellness programs and exclusive employee offers At TITAN we provide equal opportunities for employment, prohibiting any kind of discrimination.
