EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years’ experience in a similar or experience in a previous farming/warehouse role beneficial
Or for a recent graduate in a Agriculture /Supply Chain related degree desirable but not essential.
Good basic knowledge & understanding of Agriculture/Logistics
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook Email, however training will be made available.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as well as organisational skills in a working environment
Good interpersonal skills to liaise & negotiate with colleagues & suppliers.
Demonstrate Teamworking and Leadership skills

Day to Day preparation, physical Set up.
Plan weekly cleaning schedule production and delivery schedule alongside the Operations Manager
Maintaining the physical set up of the feed mill as per regulatory requirements
General day to day administration – gathering delivery dockets,
Inventory: responsible for the stock taking and ordering of all feedstuff and ancillary related items for both the Feed mill and on site farm
Maintaining the weekly Feed Mill Checklist Charter as per DAFM guidelines.
