We have an exciting opportunity for Production Formulators to join our new state of the art manufacturing facility in Laverton North. This role involves the precise fabrication of agricultural products while adhering to stringent operational protocols within our Quality Management Framework. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, contributing to our goal of “Feeding the future.”

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must proficiently operate our production equipment, which involves setting up, cleaning, and filling products to the correct weight and specifications. Therefore, possessing experience in machine operation or production, along with a strong mechanical aptitude, is crucial. Other key requirements include:

  • Ability to lift to 25 kg.
  • An understanding of handling dangerous goods (flammable and poisons).
  • Drive and ability to meet KPI/ targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Workplace safety.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare plant and equipment according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for formulation.
  • Carry out formulations as per the Job Sheet specifications.
  • Adhere to all general safety directions for the workplace and those outlined in the Job Sheets.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment used in the formulation process are in safe, working order.
  • Perform regular and routine maintenance on equipment when necessary.
  • Identify and address performance issues, conducting investigations, and managing risks.
