We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, detail-driven individuals to join our Production & Fulfilment Team at our beautiful Carrara-based facility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on preparing and packing our signature luxury gift boxes to an exacting standard. You may also be required to meet high-end clients or make local deliveries, so professionalism, discretion, and presentation are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and pack luxury gift boxes to a high standard of quality
• Follow detailed packing instructions and brand guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace
• Fulfil and dispatch daily orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle client information with discretion and confidentiality
• Perform occasional local deliveries or client meetups as required

We have 3 roles currently open:

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Part-Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00am – 3:00pm
• Casual (Evening): Tuesday & Thursday | 6:00pm – 12:00a
