Title: Production Helper
Pay: $18.25/hour
Schedule: 2:30 AM – 11:00 AM, Tuesday–Sunday
Location: 3877 Long St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Production Helper is an entry-level position within our bakeries. They will perform a variety of tasks including Machine Operator, Mixer, Oven Operator, Pan Setter, and Trayer. This role requires adaptability to frequent changes on the production line and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include reporting and taking action to prevent food safety and quality issues, as well as following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and other programs that support SQF and third-party audits.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, and similar items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes on the production line
