Title: Production Helper
Pay: $18.25/hr
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 2:30AM – 11:00AM
Location: 3877 Long St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Job Description
A Production Helper is an entry-level position within the bakery. This role includes assisting in various production duties such as Machine Operator, Mixer, Oven Operator, Pan Setter, and Trayer. The Production Helper is responsible for following all procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan, as well as other programs supporting the SQF system and 3rd party audits.
This position requires adaptability to frequent changes on the production line and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and carry pans and ingredient containers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes on the production line.
• Strong attention to food safety and quality procedures.
