JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production In-Charge for one of our clients based in Dubai to oversee and manage the production operations of customized metal building products, including steel fabrication, aluminum, and glass works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production planning, resource management, and quality control, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management/supervision within customized metal building products, steel fabrication, aluminum, or glass industries.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, machinery, and materials.
• Proven ability to lead and manage production teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Technical diploma/degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont

• Supervise and manage daily production activities in the fabrication unit (steel, aluminum, and glass).
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met for all customized metal building products.
• Monitor resources, manpower, and raw material usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to align production with client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements where needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and enforce proper workplace practices.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including output, delays, and material consumption.
