Job Description Main responsibilities Create and maintain documentation (mounting instructions, product guides) per segment, you are involved in each step of NPD and Lifecycle Collect technical data (within the luminaire itself but also options as light management, …) and register them in systems Ensure data accuracy and maintain them up to date Be the interface between R&D dept, sales, communication and technical support team. Collaborate with different teams to follow and support projects Communicate effectively with project leaders and team members to provide updates on product during the whole process Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (interior design or similar domain) Proven experience in similar functions (experience in lighting is a plus) Knowledge in Solid Work composer, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus English B2 Required skills Teamwork, Team player, good listener, able to collaborate with the team, interact with people efficiently Reliability, able to manage workload and provide expected work on time Planning and organization, able to define priorities, use resources properly and reschedule tasks as needed Communication, able to catch and deliver right information properly and clearly express ideas Proactivity, able to identify needs and act autonomously to fulfill them within the sphere of activity Motivation, able to work with enthusiasm and curiosity, willing to learn and improve skills Additional Information At Schréder, we commit ourselves to co-creating an environment where passionate people work and win together, learn and have fun. Responsibilities
