KPI and/or main deliverables - % of NOK parts inspected, Customer quality, Scrap

COMPETENCES REQUIREMENTS

§ HS Diploma or GED
§ Able to successfully pass Farnsworth-Munsell color blindess assessment.
§ Microsoft Office Computer skills
§ Able to read, write and perform basic math functions
§ Superior organization skills
§ Able to read and understand graphs and gages.
§ Previous experience in production environment.
Previous experience Inspecting is preferred.
§ Strong inter-personal skills; ability to successfully interface with internal customers and other associates; strong problem-solving skills; able to confidently share facts and data when problems are detected
