What We Offer: High volume of consistent work year-round All materials provided—no out-of-pocket material costs A supportive and professional production team to ensure project success As a W2 employee we offer an amazing benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, 8 paid holidays and so much more What You’ll Do: Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site What You Need: Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred) A valid driver’s license Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required What We Stand For: Respect: Show respect to all, adopt diversity, have a positive attitude, and listen to other people's views with courtesy.
