Job Description Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Bursa Plants. We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Production IT Support Smart Start. Your contribution to something big: Supporting for developing User departments requirement Management (customer need specifications) Supporting documentation (User/project manuals, system/certification documents) Hands on Support for IT department associates Configuring End user IT devices (laptops,mobile devices) Qualifications What distinguishes you: 3rd year undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Computer Engineering and related fields Basic Knowledge of software coding, network and security Team spirit, contribution to team synergy Problem solving analysis High curiosity and self-learning ambition Very good command in English Good communication skills, ability to work in a team Legal Entity: Bosch Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the development of user department requirements specifications and assisting with documentation such as user manuals and system certification documents. Additionally, the intern will provide hands-on support to IT department associates and configure end-user IT devices like laptops and mobile devices.
