About Us
All Week is a chef-led meal prep company on a mission to make great food more convenient. We batch-cook high-quality meals using thoughtful recipes, quality ingredients, and sharp systems — no shortcuts, no nonsense.
We’re a small, fast-growing team based in a railway arch kitchen in Deptford, sending out thousands of portions each week to our loyal customers. We’re scaling up and looking for a capable, reliable production kitchen assistant to join the crew.
The Role
You’ll be an important part of the kitchen team, supporting with prep, portioning, packing, and clean-down. This is a production role, not service — no shouting on the pass, no late nights. Just steady, focused kitchen work with a good team.
You’ll work closely with our Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen running smoothly and help us hit daily production targets.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a professional kitchen (preferrable but not essential)
  • Confidence working to spec and at scale
  • A strong work ethic — clean, quick, and reliable
  • A “muck-in” attitude — no ego, just teamwork

What You’ll Get

  • £12.50 per hour (~£22.7k annually, pro rata)
  • Paid monthly, with holiday and pension
  • Sociable working hours — no evenings or weekends
  • A consistent, stable routine with a 4-day work week and 3 days off
