Jaru food ltd is Korean food production company based in Dublin, Ireland, supplying Kimchi and Sauces to multiple retailers including SuperValu and Dunnes. The company also has a restaurant (Space Jaru, Dublin 8) and street food business.

Previous experience in food production, preferably in kimchi or fermented foods production.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, with experience implementing and enforcing them in a production environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Working in the company’s central kitchen, packaging of retail products according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets by coordinating daily production schedules to meet demand efficiently and minimizing waste.
  • Train and supervise production team members, ensuring they adhere to proper food safety and sanitation/hygiene practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies, and coordinate with manager to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
  • Report any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain production records, including batch records, HACCP logs, and cleaning records.
