Join us as we embark on an exciting phase of expanding our workforce in our Moncton Facility! * Starting wage $25.54 per hour (as of April 1, 2026) * Full-time, permanent in a unionized environment * Shift work (not always the same times and days of the week), weekends, and holidays * You may be required to work overtime * Health and dental plan, including life and disability insurance * Pension Plan with company match * Employee and family assistance program Develop your talents with us as Production Laborer: * Assist with setting up and operating the machine by following the customer’s specifications * Stack and pile orders by following the customer’s requests * Inspect orders to make sure they are done properly * Keep a safe and clean workplace * Follow health and safety procedures. Use PPE (personal protective equipment) properly * Opportunities to work up to a machine operator position Put your strengths into action! Responsibilities

The Production Laborer will be responsible for assisting with machine setup and operation according to customer specifications, as well as accurately stacking and inspecting orders. Employees must maintain a safe and clean workplace while adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
