Responsibilities
  • Physical Labour: Engage in demanding physical tasks to support production activities
  • Physical Activity: Stand, walk, crawl, lift and carry heavy items as required to support production
  • Construction: Install exterior and interior walls, components, and roof sections on unit bases, and install doors to create complete units
  • Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processes
  • Metal Fabrication: Skillfully fit and fabricate metal products to meet design specifications
  • Measurement: Use measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, including converting fractions to decimals, to ensure precision
  • Tool Use: Operate air and electric hand tools efficiently to complete tasks effectively
  • Working at Heights: Work comfortably from heights and ladders to perform necessary duties
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues when components do not fit as expected, analyzing why they may not align and implementing solutions to ensure proper assembly
  • Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Welding: Execute various types of welding with proficiency to ensure high-quality assembly
