Description Job Title: Production Lead Reports to: Plant Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Revised Date: 05/21/2024 Travel: None Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our team. The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in a production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met Develop and implement production schedules to optimize productivity Monitor production equipment and ensure that it is in good working order Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company objectives Requirements Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
