Description The Production Lead is an entrepreneurial minded person that will lead the Retail Production team and provide strong support to the Retail Production Supervisor. This position will have the opportunity to work with and provide leadership for our associate team, learn and develop production best practices, and interact with many different departments at Baden. The ideal candidate for this position loves working with people, has a knack for problem solving, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty (literally and figuratively). This Lead role is perfect for someone who has had some experience leading people and would like to continue to grow that skillset. Responsibilities: Coordinates with the Retail Production Supervisor and other Baden employees to ensure production goals are met and Customer Orders ship complete and on time. Oversee the flow of product through the Production process, from Picking through Packaging to ship, to ensure quality and production standards are met consistently. Validates accuracy of process execution, order quantities, and product quality. Pick and palletize orders using lift equipment such as an Order Picker. Trains existing and new employees on production and safety best practices. Constant process evaluation, improvement, and documentation. Work in other areas of the Warehouse as required based on business needs.
