eJam is a DTC e-commerce studio that creates, scales, and sells consumer brands. We run full-stack growth in-house—creative, media buying, CRO, and lifecycle—operate globally at high velocity, and lean into AI-enabled marketing and training.
We’re looking for a Production Lead to own the production engine from brief to delivery— translating strategy into shot plans and edit queues, orchestrating videographers/editors/designers, enforcing specs and QA for paid channels, and scaling an AI-assisted workflow that ships high-impact assets fast and on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years leading creative production in a DTC brand or performance agency.
• Proven track record shipping video, static, and ad variants at scale for paid social/performance channels.
• Strong process and project management discipline (production calendars, SLAs, retros, templates).
• Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop, Frame.io (or similar), ClickUp, Google Drive.
• Deep understanding of platform specs (Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Display) and best practices for hooks, CTAs, UGC, and iteration.
• Experience building or adopting AI-assisted editing/captioning/workflow tools.
• Excellent written feedback, creative judgment, and cross-functional communication.
• Reliable overlap with 9am–6pm PST for standups, reviews, and launches.

• Run the machine: Own the production calendar, resourcing, and deadlines; set SLAs and track on-time delivery.
• Team leadership: Manage videographers, editors, and designers; write clear briefs, review work, and coach for speed and quality.
• Pre-production: Turn briefs into shot lists, call sheets, locations/talent needs, and timelines; align with Creative Strategy.
• Post-production: Build efficient pipelines (ingest, proxies, naming, versioning), color/audio, captions, localization, and final QC.
• Channel specs: Ensure export standards for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, and PDP (ratios, duration, subtitles, size, loudness).
• AI-assisted workflow: Implement and continuously improve your AI tooling for rough cuts, transcription, versioning, and iteration.
• Ops & compliance: Maintain asset libraries, usage rights/music licenses, and brand/legal approvals.
• Collab & reporting: Partner with Media Buying on creative testing cadence; surface throughput, hit rate, and blocker reports.
