Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Lead to support Production Supervisors in overseeing daily operations. This role is essential in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on operational expertise, and a keen ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will also be required to learn and operate our manufacturing machines to effectively lead the team and troubleshoot issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor production team members to maintain high productivity and quality standards. Assign tasks clearly and provide regular performance feedback. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions, ensuring smooth workflow and inventory management. Production Monitoring: Track and analyze production, packaging, and shipping data to meet performance goals while maintaining process controls. Safety & Compliance: Enforce sanitation, food safety, and company policies while conducting regular safety audits and training to ensure a secure work environment. Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting: Learn and operate DanHil's manufacturing machines to support production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Facility Cleanliness & Organization: Oversee workspace and equipment cleanliness, ensuring adherence to sanitation schedules. Food Safety & Quality Standards: Participate in inspections and uphold food safety protocols to maintain high industry standards. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a production leadership role Basic math skills (fractions, unit conversions) for accurate measurements and calculations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other production reporting tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments Ability to learn and operate manufacturing machines to support production and troubleshoot equipment issues Experience working with industrial machinery and high-speed equipment Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts as needed Why Join DanHil Containers?
