About the position 📍 Location: Cikarang, Indonesia About the role The Production Lead is responsible for managing daily production operations across multiple manufacturing lines to ensure targets for output, quality, OEE, waste reduction, and safety are consistently achieved. This role oversees shift performance, manpower allocation, and the performance of supervisors, line leaders, and operators. The Production Lead also collaborates with cross‑functional teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with food safety standards, and supports digitalization and automation within the manufacturing environment. Your Responsibilities: Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, safety, and OEE targets. Monitor plan vs actual performance and resolve issues promptly. Optimize manpower, shift coordination, and line readiness. Implement improvement initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, 5 Why) to reduce downtime and waste. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and safety protocols. Coordinate with Engineering for equipment readiness and maintenance. Work with Planning and Warehouse on material flow and schedule adherence. Manage and develop Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators. Prepare production reports (OEE, downtime, waste, issues) and present to management. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 4-5 years' experience in FMCG/food manufacturing production operations. Experience working with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning teams. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and manufacturing safety standards. Preferred: SCADA/MES experience; Lean/Six Sigma or food‑safety certifications. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mixing, processing, filling, and packing operations. Knowledge of OEE analysis, Lean/CI tools, and loss‑reduction techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards: GMP, HACCP, CCP/QCP. Skilled in root‑cause analysis and quality deviation handling.
