THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking an experienced Production Lead Hand to coordinate and guide our production team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for production and packaging teams, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Coach, train, and support team members, including new hires and temporary staff.
• Oversee line changes, shift start-up, equipment adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety (OHSA), HACCP, GMP, and SOP requirements.
• Monitor production output, quality checks, and accurate record keeping (SAP/OEE).
• Assist with workforce planning, overtime scheduling, and resolving employee concerns.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN processes.
