This role is also responsible for handling any employee issue that may arise with the production team. What You’ll Do: Supervise production lines Verify correct product, components, MBR’s, specifications Fill out and complete MBR’s Verify all production paperwork Resolve personnel issues pertaining to production personnel Report to production Manager Attend required meetings, including: Production, Scheduling and Management Help with scheduling Log production employee’s attendance and performance Communicate with batching, maintenance, warehouse and QA relating to work issues Other tasks as assigned.
