YOUR ROLE

As Production Lead for Mechanical Assembly for our products MiniBooster and ValuePack, you have a team of 30 employees, both skilled and unskilled and 1 team coordinator.
Besides managing the team, you have a close dialogue with the other Production Leads to ensure an efficient planning and execution of orders.
You will report to our Production Manager and be based at our head office in Brabrand, Aarhus.

MAIN TASKS

Your main tasks are:

• Conduct daily whiteboard meetings with focus on safety, quality and delivery
• Coach and motivate your team to ensure a good, safe and efficient working environment
• Continuously working to improve quality, productivity and delivery performance
• Conduct yearly performance reviews and 1:1 meetings
• Recruitment of blue-collar employees
