PRODUCTION LEAD, A NEFAB COMPANY

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are looking to strengthen our team in our South Central region, seeking a Production Lead to join us at Nefab in Coppell, Texas.
As the Production Lead you will be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, learning manufacturing processes, monitoring production efficiency, assisting with job setups, maintaining a clean workspace, and understanding quality standards.
Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr

JOB SUMMARY

As a Production Lead you will:

  • Develp and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand resource
  • Prepare finished goods to be ready to ship (palletized and in holding area)
  • Maintain the process and organization of the manufacturing floor
  • Monitor and maintain the efficiency of the production lines
  • Assist in the process of recycling the scrap plastics
  • Assist in production line setups on new and repeating jobs
  • Maintain a clean and well organized production area
  • Abide by quality expectations for production and the measuring tools used
  • Flexible schedule as needed to provide weekend coverage
  • Report to Manufacturing Manager and Assistant Production Supervisor

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to use common hand tools
  • Ability to read a standard tape measure
