תיאור משרה אחריות על תוכנית רב שנתית של המחלקה והוצאתה לפועל ניהול הייצור - מעקב אחרי תוכנית הייצור ומתן מענה אפקטיבי בעת הצורך ועמידה ב PAS ניהול מדדי ה KPI המחלקתיים – OEE, רציפות כולל סיכומים תקופתיים. אחראי על ספירות מלאי במחלקה יומיות, שבועיות ושנתיות הובלת LEAN במחלקה וייעול תהליכים שונים – SMED,VSM,S6 כולל הסמכה של צוותים ניהוליים ועד לעובדי ייצור. ליווי וחניכה של מנהלי המשמרת: קידומי עובדים, איתור מועמדים לתפקידים שונים. הובלת תחום הבטיחות במחלקה, עריכת תחקירים, הסקת מסקנות וטיפול בפעולות המתקנות דרישות · תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשיה וניהול/ הנדסאי – יתרון משמעותי · אנגלית- בסיסית עברית- חובה · ניסיון בעבודה בתעשייה- חובה · ניסיון ניהולי – 5 שנים ומעלה ניסיון בעבודה עם ממשקים מרובים- חובה · נכונות לזמינות מעבר לשעות העבודה משרה מלאה Responsibilities (English) Responsibility for the department’s multi-year plan and its implementation Production management – monitoring the production plan, providing effective responses when needed, and meeting PAS targets Management of departmental KPIs – OEE, continuity, including periodic summaries Responsible for daily, weekly, and annual inventory counts within the department Leading LEAN initiatives and process improvement activities – SMED, VSM, 6S, including certification/training of management teams and production employees Coaching and mentoring shift managers: employee promotions and identification of candidates for various roles Leading the safety domain in the department, conducting investigations, drawing conclusions, and implementing corrective actions Qualifications (English) Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Practical Engineer – a significant advantage English – basic Hebrew – mandatory Experience working in industry – mandatory Managerial experience – 5 years or more Experience working with multiple interfaces/stakeholders – mandatory Willingness to be available beyond regular working hours Full-time position
