POSITION OVERVIEW

Leads the team through daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Ensures all work meets customer specifications and production standards.

• Ensure all necessary equipment is available, functional, and safe for use.
• Lead daily safety checks and oversee the quality and quantity of incoming supplies.
• Verify outgoing deliveries meet quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Keep the team informed of company policies, procedures, and goals.
• Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with other departments.
