Description TruStile Doors, the leading national manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial segments, is seeking a production lead. This position will work closely with one of the manufacturing supervisors to ensure procedures are documented and followed throughout the process in way that achieves the company’s quality goals. Highlights of the role: · Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that the production team is working in a safe and healthy environment. · Coordinating with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure that all production processes are aligned with the company's overall goals. · Ensuring that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition. · Influence the team to follow all standards in the area to help ensure positive, consistent results. · Provide training, support, and leadership to the production team to develop their skills and improve their performance.
